James Thome

My name is James Thome, a freelance artisan and prop master based out of Pittsburgh, PA. My statement to theater is to uphold the standards of the skill of Tom Fiocchi at Ohio University. For the last several years, I have honed my skills throughout endless travel and use my gaining knowledge to execute a high standard of artistry. Recent works consisted The Phantom of the Opera at The Dallas Baptist Univesity; Assistant Fiberglass technician and Sculptor at Artistic Adventures in Orlando, Florida; Prop Master at the Heritage theater festival in Charlottesville, VA; Prop Master for the national tour of Flashdance; Prop Master for PICT Classic Theatre; Staff Journeyman Carpenter for The Santa Fe Opera and Prop Master for Carnegie Mellon Univesity's School of Music.
